I have a little secret for you... that little vision I shared above is not too good to be true!  You see, I know what these patterns are like all too well. I lived these vicious and hurtful cycles for the first 39 years of my life.

I lived a life filled with traumatic experiences, abuse and bullying. It started from a very early age with both physical and emotional abuse by my mother. I came to the quick assumption that if my own mother couldn’t love me, how could I love me? If I didn’t matter to the one person I was supposed to receive unconditional love from, how could I matter to me or anyone else? 

I didn’t believe that I deserved to be here and that it wasn’t ok to be who I am. I felt worthless in every life pursuit and that I wasn’t deserving of the outcomes I had hoped for. I was taught that I was to be seen and not heard. My voice, my thoughts and my opinions weren’t valid or relevant. I was taught that it was bad to say no to honor my needs and boundaries. I knew that if I was just “good” and conformed to expectations, I would be loved and accepted.

I knew that something had to change—that I had to change! This was all coming from within. I needed to take my personal power back and fix my self-esteem, rebuild my self-confidence and get to a place where I knew my value and my worth in order to begin manifesting the right people into my life.

What’s included in the program? 
This program offers a self-paced learning environment offering weekly recorded learning sessions and workbooks, bi-weekly live group coaching calls to help you get unstuck, an art therapy session, self-care vision boarding session, a Facebook community to connect with me and other women facing the same challenges as you for support and to help build each other up, and uplifting affirmation cards and a habit change journal to inspire and help you along your journey.

What if I need additional support? 
If you need help or support outside of our scheduled group coaching sessions, I offer unlimited email access to answer questions and give you the support you need for success.

How can I access the course? 
You'll have personal login information to sign into the course where you'll gain access to all of the program content outlined in the program inclusions above.

When does the course start and finish? 
The course starts October 24, 2021 and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course — you decide when you start and when you finish the modules and workbooks. However, the bi-weekly group coaching sessions end by November 20, 2021 so don’t miss them! They’re a critical part of your self-love transformation.

How much time do I need to invest per week?
Here’s the beauty with this program—it’s totally up to you! This program has the convenience of an online course with the support of a group coaching program. I designed it with ease and accessibility in mind for busy women like you. That said, here are the finer details:

— Each weekly recorded self-paced learning sessions for each module is typically 20-30 minutes in length
— Bi-weekly live group coaching sessions to help you get unstuck are 60 minutes in length (optional but highly recommended to get unstuck!)
— Worksheets and resources for each weekly module are included and take no more than 15-20 minutes to complete
— The live art therapy session is 60 minutes in length

The exercises and level of participation are up to you and based on your schedule. Availability will vary from person to person and from week to week so join in the fun when you can! Recordings will be provided for those unable to attend the group coaching sessions live. I do recommend completing the videos, worksheets and group coaching to get the most out of your investment in the program and yourself however.

When do I get lessons and worksheets? 
Each weekly lesson and its accompanying worksheets are released on Sunday, October 24 and 31 and November 7 and 14 at 9am EST. 

What is required in order to participate in this program?
I wanted to make this program as easy and clear to use as possible. You will have access to my easy to use membership site to access the weekly modules and content. You will need an email address to set your account up. Bi-weekly group coaching sessions are offered via the Zoom platform, and Facebook is required to join the private Facebook group. 

What if I’m kinda scared to do this program?
If you are a little scared, you are in the right place! We live in a world that has told us that we shouldn’t love and celebrate ourselves and that makes loving ourselves a rebellious and revolutionary act! Self-love is also a hugely life-changing journey that is better with support and encouragement from like-minded sisters! That’s what makes THIS program so different from all the other courses out there. In this program we help each other along. And if the thought of social interactions freak you out a little that’s OK, too! Every interaction in our supportive Facebook group and in group coaching calls is totally voluntary. There is no pressure! 

When does this program start?
The program starts on Sunday, October 24, 2021 and ends on November 20, 2021. 

How long do I have access to the course? 
Hey, forever! After enrolling, you have lifetime access to the course and its materials. Why do I provide lifetime access? Your journey is not linear! You’re human and old habits and belief systems can linger creating days where you will need a reminder. Sometimes it will feel like two steps forward and one step back. It’s normal! When you feel stuck in a certain place, you can come back to the program recordings and materials for a refresher.
