HOW DO I KNOW?

Like you, I spent my life going through the motions and doing what was ‘expected’ of me. I was constantly stuck in a series of toxic relationships—from family, friends and romantic partners. I had embraced and grew a career that felt soulless. I was continuously living in a state of overwhelm with my daily grind. I was miserable to say the least. It came out in every aspect of my life and didn't know how to break free.

The reality is, I struggled with the above because I lacked self-love and acceptance. I strove for perfection in all I did and focused on trying to control every aspect of my life, even what I couldn’t control. And when I couldn’t control what I wanted to control, I obsessed about what I could and what was within reach. I had a toxic mindset filled with negative self-talk, self-loathing and could only see the “flaws” in me. I was angry, bitter, and wondered why life and anything ‘bad’ that happened was happening to me, not for me.

No matter what it was, I was in a constant downward spiral that left me with that feeling of, “I’ve got nothing left in me.” It was a true rock bottom moment where I didn’t want to even get out of bed in the morning.

comprehensive weekly lessons combined with group coaching sessions.

Week 1

Setting Your Intention

To kick start our journey together, we will explore where you are struggling the most when it comes to self-love and acceptance. In this session, you’ll discover:
  • Your main motivation for achieving self-love and acceptance now
  • ​What it would look or feel like when you have the self-love and acceptance you are seeking
  • What’s stopped you in the past from having the self-love and acceptance you desire

Week 2

Silencing Your Inner Mean Girl

No one beats themselves up into betterment. The way you speak to yourself is a foundational piece of your own happiness, confidence and self-love. In this session, you’ll learn:
  • How your inner mean girl is actually your protector, looking out for your best interests
  • How your inner mean girl is limiting your potential
  • ​How to pull the covers off of her negative self-talk and replace it with kindness and self-compassion

Week 3

Slowing Down the Hustle

Burnout is real and it affects your creativity, motivation, and mindset. If you’re constantly in hustle mode, you might be making things more stressful for yourself because your mind is constantly in a state of overwhelm. In this session, you’ll learn:
  • The secret of how to relax so you can tackle stress with calm, clarity and a positive mindset
  • ​How to identify your top 5 priorities in life to remain focused, create a sense of balance and avoid burnout
  • Meditation and mindfulness strategies to destress and get you back on track to a path of self-love

Week 4

How and Why Eating Well is an Act of Self-Love

Have you ever considered that every time you put something into your mouth it’s actually an opportunity to practice self-care? Our mental health can be dramatically improved with just a few small dietary changes. In this session, you’ll learn how to:
  • ​Eat yourself happy by understanding why, what and how you eat impacts your health and happiness
  • ​Discover what foods give you energy and take it away
  • Listen to your body’s intuition on when to eat and what to eat

Week 5

Honoring Your Body Through Movement

Exercise isn’t only about building physical strength. It’s proven to get those feel good endorphins flowing to improve mental health, reduce depression, anxiety and negative moods, as well as alleviate low self-esteem and social withdrawal. In this session, you’ll learn:
  • The importance of adding movement into your day for improved mental clarity and physical health
  • ​Why movement isn’t always about getting to the gym
  • ​How to add some movement into your day that feels right for your body

Week 6

Discovering and Embracing Your Life Purpose

Those who feel that they have a life purpose generally have higher self-esteem. Without a sense of direction, you can feel stagnant and unfulfilled. In this session, you’ll discover:
  • ​Who you are and what’s truly important to you
  • ​How to create your life purpose 
  • ​What steps you can take to give your life more meaning and happiness

Week 7

Committing to Self-Care—Because It Isn’t Selfish!

Self-care is a cornerstone of mental health, and it deserves to hold a regular, sacred place in your life. Your health and happiness depend on it. In this session, you’ll learn how to:
  • Make yourself number one and meet your needs
  • ​Kick-start your self-care regimen to keep your mind, body and spirit feeling refreshed
  • ​Boost self-confidence so you can finally own your amazingness

Week 8

Creating Loving Boundaries that Honor Your Needs and Desires

Setting strong personal boundaries is a side effect of having confidence, emotional stability and a healthy self-esteem. Boundaries in relationships are a two-way street (not to mention sexy AF!): they create emotional health and are created by people with emotional health. In this session, you will learn:
  • What boundaries are and how to identify if you have boundary issues
  • ​Know when to say yes and when to say no—without feeling guilty about it!
  • ​Manifest relationships that leave you feeling understood, accepted, loved and supported

Week 9

Saying Sayonara to Self-Sabotage

Self-sabotage is when our behaviors or thought patterns hold us back and prevent us from doing what you want to do. We do this because we suffer from feelings of worthlessness, believe that we don’t deserve to succeed, and suffer from self-hatred. In this session, you will learn: 
  • The root cause behind self-sabotaging behaviours
  • ​The most common ways you sabotage yourself
  • ​A 5-step plan to kick self-sabotage for good

Week 10

Bringing Out Your Rebellious Inner Child to Discover What Nourishes You

Sometimes self-sabotage simply means that our rebellious inner child is tired of hearing “don’t do” all the time and just needs to be B.A.D. (break free from routine, act naughty, do some crazy stuff!). In this session, you’ll learn: 
  • How to be B.A.D. (break free from your routine, act naughty and do some crazy stuff!)
  • ​What activities give you energy versus those that deplete your energy
  • ​How to create your personal nourishment menu that will fulfill cravings for pleasure, relaxation, adventure, and sweetness in your life

Week 11

Mastering Your Personal Power to Manifest What You Want in Your Life

Your thoughts create your life and set the ambiance for what you experience. What you put out to the universe comes back to you. When you think only negative things, that’s what you manifest into your life. In this session you will learn how to:
  • Tune into your intuition for inner peace
  • ​Identify what needs to be healed in your life, the story behind that pain and the role it plays in how you identify with yourself
  • ​Inspire fresh thought and possibility into your life while letting go of self-judgment, the inner critic and thoughts that no longer serve you

Week 12

The New Norm—Making Self-Love Sustainable

As you move forward in your self-love journey beyond this program, we’re going to bring awareness to all of the efforts you have made over the last 90 days, whether big or small. In this session, you will:
  • Acknowledge and celebrate how far you’ve come to your desired self-love destination

This program offers far more than any other self-love program available today. Every week you receive a combined live weekly lesson and group coaching session, along with worksheets and actions steps to support your self-love transformation and to help you get unstuck.Plus, I provide access to occasional guest expert discussions guided self-love-meditations, a Facebook community to connect with me and other women facing the same challenges as you for support and to help build each other up, and uplifting printables to inspire and help you along your journey.

What if I am unable to attend the weekly lesson and group coaching call?
While it is highly recommended that you attend the weekly calls, I understand that life can get busy. All sessions will be recorded and placed in the membership area for you to view when you have the time and to continue coming back to the materials even when the program is done if you need a little reminder or refresher.

What if I need additional support? 
If you need help or support outside of our scheduled group coaching sessions, I offer unlimited email access to answer questions and give you the support you need for success.

How much time do I need to invest per week?
Here’s the beauty with this program—it’s totally up to you! This program has the convenience of an online course with the support of a group coaching program. I designed it with ease and accessibility in mind for busy women like you. That said, here are the finer details:

- We meet every Sunday at 4pm PST / 7pm EST for the weekly for a lesson and group coaching session on Sunday. These sessions run up to 1.5 hours in length
- Live Guest Expert sessions can range from 30-60 minutes in length and take place every 4-6 weeks (optional)
- Live guided self-love meditations are 60 minutes in length and happen every 4-6 weeks (optional)

When do I get access to the lesson worksheets? 
Each weekly lesson and its accompanying worksheets are released every Saturday at 9am EST so you have time to prepare them for the Sunday lesson and group coaching call.

When are the group coaching calls, live expert interviews and Q&As and guided meditations take place? 
The combined live lessons and group coaching sessions take place every Sunday at 4pm PST/7pm EST. Guest expert and guided meditations happen on various days of the week to accommodate speaker schedules. All of these dates and login details will be listed in your learning center.

What is required in order to participate in this program?
I wanted to make this program as easy and clear to use as possible. You will have access to my easy to use membership site to access the weekly lesson and group coaching calls, their recordings and all materials to support your on your self-love journey. You will need an email address to set your account up. Group Coaching, guided meditations and expert interviews are offered via the Zoom platform, and Facebook is required to join the private Facebook group. 

What if I’m kinda scared to do this program?
If you are a little scared, you are in the right place! We live in a world that has told us that we shouldn’t love and celebrate ourselves and that makes loving ourselves a rebellious and revolutionary act! Self-love is also a hugely life-changing journey that is better with support and encouragement from like-minded sisters! That’s what makes THIS program so different from all the other courses out there. In this program we help each other along. And if the thought of social interactions freak you out a little that’s OK, too! Every interaction in our supportive Facebook group and in group coaching calls is totally voluntary. There is no pressure! 

When does this program start?

How long do I have access to the program? 
Hey, forever! After enrolling, you have lifetime access to the program and its recordings and materials. Why do I provide lifetime access? Your journey is not linear!
